The posts on this blog are my own personal view of hot cocoa and as such, according to my preferences. As a guideline, I prefer slightly bitter, creamy and thick hot cocoa so what I personally love may be loathsome to you. Just a heads up.
To make this as scientific as possible (hah!), other things will be kept constant. I will be following the instructions to a tee and using pasteurised fresh milk (if milk is required), a measuring jug that has all types of measurements covered and measuring spoons. I will also advise on microwave preparation, if it is absent from the recommended preparation method.
